SafeWell is classified as an “essential” business under “Water and Wastewater” by both the federal and state governments. The Department of Homeland Security identifies the work in the industry of “water and wastewater” an essential service to ensure water remains safe and accessible in people’s homes. Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker also includes Water and Wastewater as essential business.

Our team is following best practices as advised from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health departments as it relates to safe distancing, sanitation, and disinfection of equipment.

All appointments are being handled on a case-by-case basis, and our team will comply with your health and safety requests (wearing masks, gloves, etc.).

Our team is also available through virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Skype, etc.) for troubleshooting and advisory services.

We stand ready to help if you need the following services:
